MiteMapper does not collect any personal information. We do not require account creation, login, or registration of any kind.
All data you create within the app — including floor plans, measurements, notes, templates, and settings — is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.
2. Data Storage
MiteMapper uses your device's local storage to save:
- Floor plan drawings and directions
- Notes, measurements, and annotations
- Templates you create
- App settings and preferences
- Export usage count (for free tier tracking)
You can clear all stored data at any time through your device's browser or app settings. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.
3. Third-Party Services
If you subscribe to MiteMapper through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your payment is processed by Apple or Google respectively. We do not have access to your payment details, credit card number, or billing address. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy and Apple's Privacy Policy for information on how they handle payment data.
MiteMapper does not integrate any analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash reporting services.
4. Images and Exports
When you export a floor plan as PNG, JPG, or SVG, the image is generated entirely on your device and saved locally. No images are uploaded to any server.
5. Children's Privacy
MiteMapper is a professional tool intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The app does not require any personal information from any user regardless of age.
6. Changes to This Policy
If we make changes to this privacy policy, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Since we collect no data, material changes are unlikely.
